Sound Advice

When you request a reading, we send your question and relevant teaching notes to Z.AI to generate an answer using GLM. We do not add your name or email to that AI request. Please leave private or sensitive details out of your question.

We save your name, email, chosen topic and reading date in Brevo to operate Sound Advice. After you unlock the example, we store a functional cookie for one year containing only an unlocked yes-or-no flag so we do not ask for your details again on that device. If you allow measurement cookies, we may also save campaign labels identifying how you found the page. This does not sign you up for marketing. Industry Notes requires a separate choice and email confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

Your generated reading, name and delivery address are held in a temporary Upstash store for up to 30 minutes so you can request an email copy and retry without generating the same answer again. We do not save the raw question in Brevo or that store. We keep protected fingerprints for request limits for up to 24 hours, and a protected email fingerprint for up to 90 days to avoid counting returning readers as new leads. These fingerprints are not sent to advertising platforms.

Z.AI handles requests under its privacy policy. Brevo, Z.AI and Upstash process information on our behalf and may process it outside your country. Contact jimi at pitch.audio to request access to or deletion of your contact information.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load after you allow measurement and advertising cookies. We measure page visits, topic choices, completed readings and optional feedback. We do not include your name, email, question or reading in those events. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. A shared Sound Advice link contains the tool address, not your private reading.
